The last offer that the Union received provincially was $4.25 per hour over three years. Local 30 was seeking $8.40 per hour over three years, including regional allowance. Local 30 and the other locals were also seeking hours earned on pension and benefits.
Members are reminded that wage increases will be determined by the interest arbitration process and not by online banter between members. We need to let the process do its job.
